Meet Your Therapist:
Disha Malhotra

Hi there! I’m Disha, a counselling psychologist, but you can also think of me as your co-pilot on this journey of self-discovery.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and completely tailored to you. I draw from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, grief therapy, positive psychology and an eclectic blend of techniques to suit your needs. My practice is also queer-affirmative.

A safe, compassionate space where you’re free to be your unfiltered self. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, grief, queer identity, or life’s messy transitions, I’m here to listen, support, and empower you to reconnect with your inner strength.
A little about me outside therapy:
I’m a coffee lover, a foodie, a passionate dancer, and a traveler at heart. I find joy in the little things and believe that life’s greatest lessons often come from the simplest moments.
